Payment: Export orders are accepted on the basis of payment in advance by a check in US funds, wire transfer or international money order.

Large price items like the FDVI require a 50% payment on the placement of the order and a 50% payment net 30 days. Small orders from recognized institutions only, such as universities and goverment agencies, may be done on a 30 net basis. Please inquire before ordering.
U S Export: Martin, Froeschner & Associates commodities, technology, and software are exported from the United States in Accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to United States Law is prohibited.
Export License: International customers purchasing products requiring a US Department of Commerce Export License will be contacted for end use information. The FDVI All Fiber Doppler Velocity Interferometer Systems require an Export License to certain countries. See Export Administration Regulations Database, Part 738 Commerce Control List Overview and the Country Chart. A fee of US$3,000 is required for Martin, Froeschner & Associates to apply for the Export License. This fee will be applied to the purchase price if the Export License is granted. The remainder of the initial payment and will be paid after the Export License is granted. The time for building and delivery will begin at the receipt of this payment.
International Prices: Export prices are 10% to 35% above the US prices to cover special administrative and distributors costs.
Taxes, Duties, and Other Charges: All taxes, duties or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Expected Delivery: The estimated time to delivery is after acceptance of order and approval of any export license.
