Payment:
|
Acceptable
forms of payment are bank draft, check or wire transfer in US funds.
Large price items like the FDVI require a 50% payment on the placement of
the order and a 50% payment net 30 days. Small orders from recognized
institutions only, such as universities and goverment agencies, may be done
on a 30 net basis. Please inquire before ordering.

U S
Export Policy:
|
Martin,
Froeschner & Associates commodities, technology, and software are
exported from the United
States in accordance with the Export
Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to United States Law is
prohibited.
|

Export
License:
|
The US
Government requires an Export License for shipment of the Mark 4 FDVI All
Fiber Doppler Velocity Interferometer System to certain countries. The Mark
4 FDVI is considered to be one of the class of instruments described under
ECCN 6A225. See Export
Regulations, Part 738 Commerce Control List Overview and the Country
Chart to determine whether an Export License is required.
The various Photodetector modules are not identified with an ECCN number
and are available with no export license requirements.

Obtaining
the Export License:
|
If an
Export License is required for shipment to the End User’s Country, the
purchaser or end user may apply for this Export License on it's own,
through an independent agency, through diplomatic channels, or in any
manner the purchaser wishes to pursue.
Alternatively, we at M,F&A will, at the purchaser’s request, engage a
professional agency here in the US to pursue the same. The fee
for this service is US$ 3,000. This fee is not refundable, but the amount
will be credited toward the purchase price if the Export License is granted
and the purchase is consumated.
The end user will need to submit Form BIS-711 and perhaps other information
or documents as required for the Export License application. The agent will
explain and expedite this process.
We will initiate the Export License Application process upon receipt of a
Purchase Order and the initial fee (US$ 3,000.)

quotation. If purchase is made through an agent, the price is that
established by the agent.
